Virgin Media Ireland Personalisation Strategy

Working with Virgin Media Ireland, we built upon the trusted relationship we had built over the years by tackling the challenging world of personalisation. We worked as a multi-disciplined team of designers, UX, developers and content to build a comprehensive personalisation strategy.

The client was keen to explore how to put their users at the centre of their experience and create an online experience that pushed content recommendations, up and cross-sells and built brand loyalty and trust. We collaborated throughout, with workshops and discussions, helping to create an approach which balanced ‘knowing the customer’ without entering the ‘creep-factor’ zone.

Built in AEM, we explored different state, data, segmentation, content modelling and creative concepts to create a flexible design which would dynamically update and become more personalised as users explored or logged into the site.
