Scout is a simple way to allow service users and frontline staff find and access financial support in Lewes and Eastbourne. This product was developed in the Lewes and Eastbourne innovation lab. Scout was based on insights that there was very little understanding about what support was available and that staff often struggled to signpost people to the right services.

It is a simple easy to use directory that helps users navigate to the right services based on their needs. Statements are used to guide and prompt users to recognise their needs and the circumstances behind them to act as filters to match them with the most appropriate services. I created the concept, worked up wireframes and user flows, designed and curated content, and product managed Scout from idea to delivery in just 8 weeks.
