A project to review Surrey's Team Around the Family Programme (their approach to the Troubled Families agenda). The project involved in depth interviews with 4 families who had taken part in the programme as well as around 20 members of frontline staff, managers and admins working across many agencies and sectors. The brief was to understand if the programme was working and how it could be improved or changed ahead of scaling it up across the county. Many of the issues revolved around how to support workers from many agencies to work together in family centred approach. I created personas for each of the different services users as well as an in depth user journey map detailing experiences. I also came up with a range of recommendations of ways to improve the service.
